We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager with strong expertise in AI Automation to lead, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

The ideal candidate will combine deep performance marketing knowledge with advanced AI-driven automation strategies to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

- Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows for campaign management, bidding, targeting, and creative optimization.

- Leverage AI tools, machine learning models, and automation platforms to improve ad performance and reduce manual effort.

- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and present reports to stakeholders.

- Develop and test audience strategies, creatives, funnels, and retargeting frameworks.

- Collaborate with creative, data, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Stay updated with Meta platform changes, AI advancements, and digital marketing trends.

- Ensure compliance with Meta advertising policies and data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.

- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in AI automation for marketing or advertising.

- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and campaign scaling.

- Strong understanding of AI tools, automation frameworks, APIs, and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and optimization skills.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
