Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end Meta Ads strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan campaign structures, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and KPI frameworks.
- Build full-funnel advertising strategies (awareness consideration conversion).
Campaign Management:
- Set up and manage campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Power Editor.
- Execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
- Develop advanced targeting strategies using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and interest-based segmentation.
- Utilize first-party, third-party, and pixel-based data for precise audience refinement.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative teams to produce high-impact ad creatives.
- Provide insights on what formats, hooks, creatives, and messages work best.
- Optimize creatives based on performance patterns and trends.
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting:
- Implement and manage tracking via Meta Pixel, CAPI (Conversions API), and event configurations.
- Analyze key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, LTV, funnel drop-off, and attribution.
- Create weekly/monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
Budget Management:
- Manage and scale monthly ad budgets ranging from mid to high spend levels.
- Ensure optimal budget utilization while maintaining strong ROI and achieving aggressive growth targets.
Experimentation & Optimization:
- Run systematic experiments on creatives, objectives, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Test new campaign types (Advantage+, Reels ads, lead ads, sales campaigns).
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm shifts, and best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, analytics, and growth teams to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
- Partner with sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Technical Skills:
- 7-15 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) at scale.
- Deep understanding of ad funnels, paid acquisition, retargeting, and performance optimization.
- Strong expertise in Meta Pixel, Events Manager, CAPI, and tracking implementations.
- Proven experience with high-budget campaigns and ROI-driven optimization.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Data Studio, etc.
- Strong command of A/B testing, creative experimentation, and attribution models.
Domain Knowledge:
- Experience in eCommerce / D2C / Lead Gen / Mobile Apps preferred.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, CAC, LTV, and growth metrics.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple campaigns.
- Leadership experience is a plus (mentoring juniors or managing a team)
