MET International - Chief Business Officer

Founded in 1994, MET International is an IT hardware lifecycle management company specializing in data centers. As AI takes center stage and massive GPU clusters are deployed globally, our market has expanded exponentially, and our company has grown in the same fashion.

We are looking to build a high-impact team in India to sustain and expand our business.

We are specifically looking for an IIM graduate that wants to sit at the forefront of this effort.

In this role, the candidate will:

- Be hire #1 for our company in India

- Learn the business, playing an individual contributor role to start meeting HQ team members and intimately learning our products

- At the same time, hire different levels of talent and co-own the organizational chart for the team in India

- Get in the weeds of sales operations and marketing strategy

- Build a data engineering team to integrate and amplify decision-making around inventory, purchasing, sales, and marketing

- Bring the back office into India

- Own the culture among the team and the office environment

- Over time, start playing a more direct role in business development and corporate growth objectives

We have a much broader, long-term vision of growth that we can discuss with hires as the conversation progresses.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

- Must be an IIM graduate. We are looking for a top-talent individual who wants to be part of the historic growth in AI/GPU.

- We are looking for a long-term hire. Our culture, work ethic, integrity, and values should align. This person will be working non-stop with our US COO and it is important that the communication & thinking styles work harmoniously together.

- A person looking for a long-term, stable home where they will be aligned and grow with a company over their career.

- Prior business consulting, management, or leadership experience.

- Experience in data centers, technology hardware, or GPU's is a plus but not required. You will be intimately learning this at our company, and a fast learner will pick this up without prior experience.

Compensation will be very competitive for IIM graduates. Compensation will be a blend of base, bonuses aligned with company objectives and growth, and benefits.
