Senior Manager - Human Resources
Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR function at our Bengaluru office. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HRincluding recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives, nurture a positive workplace culture, mentor HR team members, and ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
- Design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across business functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks aligned with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management, including appraisals, goal-setting, capability assessment, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance to business leaders on HR strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Handle employee grievances professionally, ensuring resolution in alignment with organizational values and legal guidelines.
- Lead and support training & development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.
- Analyze HR metrics and generate insights to support strategic decision-making and workforce optimization.
- Mentor and guide HR team members, fostering continuous improvement within the department.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct across all HR processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning.
- Solid experience in Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal, and Employee Relations.
- Proficiency in HR policy design, compliance, and understanding of Indian labor laws.
- Knowledge of Training & Development, organizational development, and capability-building frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the BPO sector.
