- Growth & Revenue - Own D2C revenue targets and growth metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, LTV, CAC) - Build and execute growth strategies across acquisition, retention, and monetization - Identify new growth levers, experiments, and scalable channels
- Performance Marketing - Manage paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, influencers, marketplaces ads if needed) - Optimize spends to improve ROAS, CAC, and overall contribution margins - Work closely with agencies and internal teams for campaign execution
- Website & Conversion Optimization - Own the D2C website performance - Drive CRO initiatives: landing pages, funnels, checkout, offers, bundles, Coordinate with tech, design, and content teams for website improvements
- Retention & CRM - Build retention programs via email, WhatsApp, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions - Improve repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value, and engagement - Analyze cohort behavior and customer journeys
- Analytics & Reporting - Track and analyze performance using GA, dashboards, and internal reports
- Present weekly and monthly growth insights to leadership
- Drive data-backed decisions and continuous optimization Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with supply chain, category, product, and finance teams
- Align growth plans with inventory availability and margin goals - Support new product launches and campaigns
