We solve clients- business problems by analyzing large amount of data to help guide their Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Strategies, and much more.   Job Description :  - Collaborate with the Managing Director and managers to plan and implement effective recruitment strategies for business and technology positions  - Ensure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives  - Identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources  - Complete execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interview, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration  - Negotiate and release offers to selected candidates  - Work closely with hiring managers to develop profiles of required positions and understand overall needs for the position (description, salary, timing, expectations etc.)  - Report the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicate early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process  - Develop and manage strong consultative relationship with hiring managers and candidates  - Assess the candidates to ensure they meet the qualification requirements, their compatibility is aligned with the company's expectations and they fit culturally  - Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires  - Serve as an ambassador of the company when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professional while representing the company  Pre-requisites and skill sets for this role :   - Proven experience in recruiting and deep understanding of recruiting process  - Proficiency in using any applicant tracking system, recruiting software and candidate databases  - Strong business and people acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative  - Excellent presentation skills and have good understanding of employment laws  - Working experience in an entrepreneurial environment which requires strong multi-tasking abilities  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)  - Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees including management executives and external  - Highly detail oriented and organized at work  - Good communication(written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills  - A bachelors degree/PG in a related field
