We are seeking a Team Lead with strong expertise in the stock market and derivatives segment, capable of leading a team of Relationship Managers while managing and expanding high-value client portfolios.

The ideal candidate will combine market expertise with leadership skills to drive both individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.

- Manage personal and team client portfolios, providing strategic investment and trading advice in equities and derivatives.

- Develop and implement growth strategies for client acquisition and retention.

- Stay updated on market trends, economic news, and trading opportunities to deliver insights to clients and the team.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure compliance with company and SEBI regulations.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of trades and client servicing.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior RM role.

- Strong understanding of equities, futures, and options trading strategies.

- Proven track record in handling HNI/institutional clients and achieving sales/revenue goals.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and client advisory skills.

- NISM certifications or other relevant financial credentials preferred.
