About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager with strong expertise in the stock market and derivatives segment.

The ideal candidate will confidently manage client portfolios, offer market-based investment advice, and drive relationship-based growth.

This role is pivotal in managing a portfolio of clients, providing customized investment solutions, promoting equity and derivative products, and delivering high-value insights to help clients maximize returns.

You will engage closely with HNI and institutional clients, understand their financial goals, and offer strategic investment guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships based on trust and performance.

- Provide tailored investment advice on equities, futures, options, and other capital market products.

- Understand client needs, financial goals, and risk appetite to recommend suitable trading and investment strategies.

- Proactively promote equity and derivative products to maximize client engagement.

- Stay updated on market movements, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

- Deliver regular market insights, reports, and actionable recommendations to clients.

- Meet revenue targets and contribute to the firms business growth.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, transparent communication and effective problem resolution.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in capital markets, specifically in equities, futures, and options.

- Proven experience managing HNI or institutional clients.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management.

- Excellent communication, advisory, and relationship management skills.

- Relevant financial certifications such as NISM will be an added advantage.

- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
