The Opportunity
We are looking for a candidate with experience in the Private Banking and PCG space with a strong desire for autonomy and ownership. Our platform supports your role as a credible, trusted partner to your clients - Founders, CXOs & UHNW - while enabling you to operate without the limitations of a traditional banker. Our product suite includes a wide and unique array of products, including exclusive Private Market opportunities, allowing you to develop truly customised wealth strategies for your clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Advise clients on Investments, collaborate with Research & Advisory teams to develop and implement sophisticated investment solutions, and provide thought leadership on asset allocation and portfolio strategy.
- Prospect & Develop Relationships with HNIs/UHNIs/NRIs, identifying Prospective Clients for new partnerships. Create value and grow revenue through new client acquisitions while also focusing on retaining long-term client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date regarding Global Market Trends & Unique Investment Opportunities
- Identify PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), & Private Equity opportunities that would meet the client's risk tolerance and desired outcomes
- Conduct Comprehensive Risk Profiling for each client. All recommendations being made should be based on each client's specific financial appetite and comply with regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for
- You have 8-18 years of experience in Investment Advisory or Wealth Management, preferably with global/domestic private banks or leading wealth platforms.
- You currently manage a portfolio of 50+ HNI/UHNI/NRI clients and are accustomed to driving investment discussions at 50L+ ticket sizes.
- You possess high financial acumen and have established trust with promoters, business owners, and senior professionals.
- You have a background in wealth products, including Debt and Equity PMS, AIFs (CAT 1, CAT 2, CAT 3), Private Credit Funds, Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc, Individually or client-based.
- Should have NISM VA certification.
Educational Qualifications
MBA or CA from a premium institute with all relevant certifications.
