We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive business development in our project vertical.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in B2B/Institutional Sales, specifically handling real estate developers, architects, consultants, and infrastructure projects.
The role involves managing end-to-end sales cycles, building client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of project sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage B2B clients including real estate developers, infrastructure firms, government departments, and institutional buyers.
- Drive project sales by identifying large-scale opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial construction.
- Work closely with project teams, architects, consultants, and procurement professionals to promote and specify company products.
- Monitor project pipelines through construction lifecycle stages and ensure proactive engagement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly project sales targets through effective pipeline management.
- Prepare sales forecasts, project tracking reports, and customer visit summaries.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, pricing, logistics, and technical teams) to ensure smooth delivery and execution.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand market reach and generate leads.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market intelligence.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and relationship-building efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
(MBA preferred).
- 510 years of experience in project/B2B sales, preferably in real estate, building materials, or construction-related industries.
- Proven track record of managing complex B2B sales cycles and securing large project deals.
- Strong network among builders, architects, consultants, and real estate developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of construction products/materials (e., tiles, cement, paints, HVAC, elevators, etc.)
- Experience working with government tenders and institutional procurement.
- Technical sales background or ability to understand construction drawings/specifications.
