Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Marketing Operations located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager Marketing Operations will be a proactive and experienced Regional BTL Marketing Operations Manager to oversee below-the-line marketing activities across designated regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive engagement and brand visibility.


Job Responsibilities


- Develop and execute regional BTL marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and regional targets.

- Plan and implement below-the-line marketing activities such as events, activations, sponsorships, and partnerships within the assigned region.

- Collaborate with the central marketing team to localize and adapt national or global marketing campaigns for regional relevance.

- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for regional BTL marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact.


- Identify and negotiate partnerships with local vendors, agencies, and suppliers to execute BTL campaigns efficiently.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of BTL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimizations.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and external agencies, to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all BTL marketing activities.


- 7-8 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or related roles with a focus on regional operations.

- Strong understanding of BTL marketing tactics, including events, activations, and local promotions.

- Proven record of accomplishment in managing and executing successful BTL campaigns across diverse regions.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
