You will be responsible for the following products in our Energy portfolio: Stapling Devices Laser System Hernia Solutions As a Product Management Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and execution- excellence for the Organization stapling devices across the assigned region. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the local sales team, zonal manager, and regional sales managers to achieve sales targets, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen the products market presence. Your Role at Meril: Strategic Planning: - Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with national goals and regional nuances. - Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges. Market Understanding: - Coordinate with local sales teams, zonal managers, and regional sales managers to gather insights on product trends,- customer preferences, and market demands- Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs, feedback, and usage experiences, fostering strong customer relationships. Product Advocacy: - Advocate for the product among customers, highlighting its unique features and benefits. - Encourage customers to evaluate the product and provide feedback, contributing to product enhancement and refinement. Sales Enhancement: - Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives that drive product awareness, demand generation, and lead conversion. - Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales strategies, ensuring a unified- approach.
