Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and finance-savvy M&A Analyst to join our corporate team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in competitive research, market intelligence, valuation modeling, and supporting mergers & acquisitions strategy. This is an onsite role, working closely with cross-functional leadership and US counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial and strategic analysis of staffing and workforce solutions competitors in the US market.

- Monitor, document, and assess competitor actions, industry shifts, and emerging technologies with potential impact on the business.

- Build and maintain detailed financial models including ROI and valuation models for internal assessments and deal evaluation.

- Execute market research and benchmarking reports, economic outlook summaries, and screening of potential acquisition targets.

- Perform company analysis including key fact research, comparable transaction analysis, and industry overview.

- Support due diligence efforts and collaborate on pitch decks and board presentations.

- Ensure high data accuracy through regular review and quality control of collected information.

- Engage in ad-hoc projects to streamline M&A, research, and reporting processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, strategy, investment banking, or M&A roles.

- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, company valuation techniques, and market research methodologies.

- Background in finance or business; CFA Level 1 cleared or pursuing preferred.

- Prior exposure to working with US clients or in a global environment is desirable.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings.
