About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused professional to lead Investments & Acquisitions within Company Growth team. This role will drive inorganic growth initiatives, including identifying, evaluating, and executing investments, partnerships, and acquisitions aligned with the company's long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of financial acumen, deal structuring and execution capabilities, and strategic thinking, with the ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced, deep-tech / defense innovation environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Development

- Identify and evaluate investment and acquisition opportunities across defense, aerospace, AI, and deep-tech ecosystems

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of startups, technologies, and strategic assets

- Engage with founders, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders

2. Investment Analysis & Due Diligence

- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and return analysis

- Conduct commercial, technical, and strategic due diligence

- Assess product-market fit, scalability, and alignment with Company roadmap

3. Transaction Execution

- Support end-to-end deal execution: structuring, negotiation, and closing

- Work with legal, finance, and external advisors on transaction documentation

- Assist in term sheet development and deal structuring

4. Strategic Alignment & Portfolio Fit

- Evaluate how targets align with Company product, technology, and market strategy

- Provide recommendations to leadership on investment theses and priorities

- Support inorganic growth strategy planning

5. Post-Investment / Post-Merger Integration

- Track performance of investments and acquisitions

- Support integration planning and execution

- Ensure value realization and synergy capture
