LEAD MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS (M&A) :

Qualification : CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)

Age : Up to 48 Years

Preferred Industries : Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering & Construction, Mining, Infrastructure, Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and evaluate acquisition, merger, joint venture, and strategic investment opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives.

- Lead financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis and business case preparation.

- Conduct market research, industry analysis and competitive assessments.

- Coordinate financial, legal, commercial and operational due diligence activities.

- Manage transaction structuring, negotiations and deal execution with advisors and stakeholders.

- Prepare investment memorandums and board presentations for senior leadership.

- Support fundraising, strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives.

- Drive post-merger integration planning and synergy realization programs.

- Monitor M&A pipeline and maintain relationships with advisors, investment banks and consultants.

- Ensure governance, compliance and risk management throughout transaction lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 12-18 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategy or Business Development.

- Strong expertise in valuation methodologies, financial modelling, due diligence and transaction execution.

- Proven experience in cross-border transactions and large corporate environments preferred.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial analytics tools.
