MBRDI is Mercedes-Benz AG largest Research and Development center outside Germany and contributes in the areas of Computer Simulation (CAE), Design (CAD), Electrical/Electronics, and IT-Services. Research and development engineers at MBRDI assess the performance and reliability of various sub-systems and contribute to product development in all the stages of the lifecycle. Organized in extended teams, our engineers collaborate with our partners in the Research & Development Centers and Business Units in Germany, Japan and USA. The employee will be expected to perform : - Analysis in Comp frameworks/modelling / Comp planning for India - Industry benchmarking - participating with Salary surveys - Local industry intelligence - Understanding of Job analysis, LTI - ESOP / Incentive programs - Data Analytics / Complex data analysis / Dashboards / MIS - Process designing/ SOP creations / Policy drafting and formulation proposals - Strong skills on MS -Excel/PPT and model designing. - Analyze compensation and benefit trends across India and make recommendations for modifying existing offerings or designing new proposals. - Work with the global compensation team to ensure the annual salary review budget planning will be aligned with the latest market status and talent movement trend. - Drive the annual insurance renewal cycle by negotiating contracts with insurance vendors and driving enrolment through the Flexible Benefits Program - Review and address any "point-in-time" needs of the clients which may come in the form of off cycle compensation changes, leveling recommendations, custom market analysis etc. - Continuously improve awareness and understanding of reward philosophy and programs across the business HRBP, Staffing and Line Manager teams through delivery of on-boarding/ training sessions and development of reward communication tools - Support HR Business Partners, Staffing Consultants and Line Managers on all C&B topics - And ensure their alignment/compliance with prevailing processes and governance frameworks - You need to have experience of 2 - 3 years in analysis, design and operationalization of C&B related processes. - Tool / application experience on Tableau/Power-BI/IBM-SPSS/other statistical analysis tools would be an advantage. Educational Qualifications : 1. Masters or an equivalent degree from XLRI Jamshedpur, XIM Bhubaneshwar, TISS, SCMHRD, SIMS, SIBM, NMIMS, JBIMS, Madras School of Economics, Madras School of Social Work, Indian Statistical Institute
