Role Summary:

- As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting key client assignments in tariff, regulatory filings, and policy advisory.

- You'll work closely with Managers and subject matter experts to conduct modelling, draft documents, and provide sector insights.

- The role emphasizes execution, problem-solving, and growing toward independent ownership of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine ARR and tariff models for Discoms and Gencos under guidance.

- Prepare regulatory submissions, petitions, and compliance documents.

- Conduct research on sector regulations, policies, and financial benchmarks.

- Analyze tariff orders, regulatory acts, and cost structures for clients.

- Participate in client discussions, technical meetings, and workshops.

- Collaborate with team members for accurate and timely project delivery.

- Support proposal preparation and presentations for new client opportunities.

- Assist in training junior analysts and interns as needed.

Skill Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of electricity regulation and policy landscape.

- Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

- Ability to interpret and write detailed technical/regulatory documents.

- Organized, responsive, and dependable in multi-stakeholder environments.

- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
