About the Role:

The Manager will lead end-to-end execution of consulting engagements, including tariff strategy, regulatory filings, and commercial optimization for clients in the power and utilities space.

The individual will manage teams, interface with regulatory bodies, and ensure strategic alignment of deliverables to client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead development of ARR/MYT petitions, tariff true-up filings, and associated regulatory documentation.

- Review, validate, and optimize financial/tariff models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory norms.

- Conduct policy impact studies, and prepare position papers on electricity reforms and sectoral initiatives.

- Manage project timelines, team allocation, and deliverables across multiple assignments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory commissions, and stakeholders.

- Review team outputs for analytical rigor and presentation quality.

- Contribute to business development through proposal writing and solution design.

- Represent the firm in client workshops, hearings, and industry forums.

Required Skills:

- Deep understanding of power sector economics, tariff mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel-based modeling and PowerPoint storytelling.

- Expertise in PPA structuring, MYT filings, policy interpretation, and revenue modeling.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and report-writing skills suitable for board-level presentations.

Education and Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Energy Management, or Finance.

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in power sector consulting with regulatory specialization.

- Must have completed multiple tariff filings and regulatory advisory assignments
