Role Summary:

- As an Analyst, you will work closely with project teams to support regulatory analysis, modelling, and documentation.

- This is an ideal role for early-career professionals looking to build deep expertise in the electricity and energy consulting space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation of ARR and Tariff models, capital investment analysis, and PPA evaluations.

- Compile and analyze sector data and regulatory information from CERC/SERC.

- Conduct research on electricity laws, policies, and market schemes.

- Support preparation of petitions, regulatory filings, and internal reports.

- Develop Excel tools, PowerPoint decks, and assist in proposal creation.

- Attend internal workshops and client meetings for learning and exposure.

- Stay updated on developments from MoP, CEA, and SERCs.

- Collaborate within the team for timely and accurate deliverables.

Skill Requirements:

- Foundational knowledge of electricity distribution and regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling.

- Ability to learn quickly, manage tasks, and communicate effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and documentation quality.

- Interest in developing long-term expertise in the energy consulting field
