CTC :10-15 LPA Job Description : - Preparation of comparative study in respect of Renewable Energy Tariff and other performance parameters with best performing utilities. - Preparation of comparative chart of latest Renewable Tariff applicable in various States / utilities and other parameters as may be required. - Regular monitoring of key developments in Power sector and appraising of the same - Data management of Regulation, policies and important orders related to RE - Study and analysis of various RE related Regulations, norms fixed by CERC and SERCs. - Preparation of RfS and Power Purchase Agreement documents in line with the competitive bidding guidelines - Support in competitive bidding processes for procurement of power along with evaluation of bid and selection of bidders. - Preparation of RE power procurement plan to fulfil RPO obligations - Review the guidelines, notifications and circulars issued by MNRE and MoP - Drafting of comments/suggestions on draft regulations, policy documents and other RE maters - Scrutinise various power sale proposals and discussion papers filed by various renewable energy developers/any other authority. - Drafting Petitions and preparing replies for the petitions filed before appropriate Legal Forum in respect RE matters. - Assessment of impact on cost of power on account of change in law due to changes in Regulations, GST, duties and cess etc. - Study of court cases and judgments related to RE matters. - Preparation of concept notes and compilation of information in desired formats as required by the organization.
