This role will work closely with the founders and will have full responsibility and autonomy in running a city-wide operations team with state-wide responsibility as a growth opportunity. JOB SCOPE: You will be responsible for the: - Cost of operations - Gross margins - Customer satisfaction KEY ROLES: Recruit, train & manage the entire operations team including all levels. Your primary teams would be: - Planning & procurement - Warehouse & logistics - Project management - You will onboard and liaise with the vendors with regard to pricing & scoping - You will be responsible for the timely planning of projects to maximize unit economics - Provide regular updates, insights & feedback to the central team & founders REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree or higher in events, hospitality, civil engineering, architecture or design is preferred - 5 - 10 years of operations experience - Experience in managing teams of 20+ members - MBA is a bonus
