Title: MEP Manager (Project Management)
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Location: Delhi/ Chandigarh
Must Have:
- Project Delivery
- Project Management
- IPC
- MEP
Role And Responsibilities:
- Client Management and Ownership for end-to-end Project Management Delivery.
- Manage Project delivery from Initiation to close out phase - Stakeholder Management, Design Management, Cost Management, Vendor Management, Risk Management etc.
- Project Delivery and process efficiency.
- Planning and scheduling for large scale projects.
- Delivery in both PM and D&B Model.
- Ensuring project deliverables on priority.
- Internal Team management.
Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, schedule, and manage all MEP activities across project lifecycle.
- Review MEP designs, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure timely procurement, mobilization, and resource allocation for MEP works.
Coordination & Leadership
-Lead coordination between mechanical, electrical & plumbing disciplines for clash-free execution.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct site meetings and monitor work progress against schedule.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all MEP installations adhere to project specifications, codes, & industry standards.
- Implement safety protocols and monitor risk elements relating to MEP work.
- Conduct inspections, testing & commissioning of systems upon completion.
Key skills:
- Extensive experience with IPC firms
- Must have delivered large scale projects (upwards of 200k sqft) as Project Lead for multinational companies.
- Experience in managing clients from different geographical locations.
- Complete knowledge of Project Management processes.
- Experience in both Project Management and Design & Build projects is preferred.
- Additional certification like PMI, WELL etc is preferred.
- Excellent communication skill is must.
