Job Title: AVP Marketing Location - Bengaluru Company Overview : Stealth mode tech startup building social and real money-gaming apps- Founders- IIT Delhi- Computer Science and BITS Pilani, with 12+ years of experience each Team size- 40+ Offices- Bengaluru, Lucknow, Singapore Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven AVP Marketing to lead our performance marketing efforts, primarily on Meta platforms. - The ideal candidate will be adept at managing substantial advertising budgets, optimizing campaigns to maintain and improve the cost per acquisition (CPA), and innovating ad content and targeting strategies. - While Meta will be the primary focus, the candidate should also explore and integrate additional advertising platforms like Google to maximize reach and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Budget Management: Overseeand optimize an advertising budget of INR 6 Crore per month, with a focus on Meta platforms. - Continuously increase the budget while maintaining or improving the target CPA. - Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive app downloads and in-app purchases. - Innovate ad content and targeting strategies to enhance user acquisition and engagement. - Performance Analysis: - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. - Generate actionable insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies. - Platform Expansion: - Evaluate and integrate additional advertising platforms such as Google to diversify and enhance marketing efforts. - Testandscale new ad channels based on performance and ROI. - Collaboration & Leadership: - Workclosely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives. - Leadandmentor the marketing team to ensure consistent performance and growth. Reporting: - Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: - Provenexperience as a Marketing manager or similar senior marketing role, preferably in the app-based industry. - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Meta advertising platforms. - Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from complex data sets. - Experience with performance marketing, particularly in managing and optimizing large advertising budgets. - Familiarity with additional ad platforms such as Google Ads is a plus. - Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. - Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
