Senior Legal Counsel Litigation, Compliance & Employment

Reporting To: Group General Counsel

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to lead the Company's Litigation, Compliance and Employment Law functions. This role will work closely with the Group General Counsel in building a high-performing legal function and supporting the Company's growth and IPO readiness.

This is a strategic role requiring independent ownership of complex legal matters, strong commercial judgment and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Company's litigation portfolio across civil, commercial, labour and regulatory matters.

- Develop litigation strategy and manage external counsel.

- Drive employment law matters including investigations, disciplinary actions and advisory.

- Lead the Company's compliance framework and regulatory compliance initiatives.

- Partner with business, HR, Finance and Operations on legal and risk matters.

- Build scalable legal processes, dashboards and governance mechanisms.

- Support strategic projects including M&A, regulatory matters and IPO readiness.

What We're Looking For:

- LL.B. with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong in-house experience with complex litigation, employment law and compliance.

- Proven ability to independently manage external counsel and drive matters to closure.

- Excellent stakeholder management, drafting and negotiation skills.

- Experience in high-growth, technology or consumer businesses will be preferred.
