Job Description: Position Overview: You will be playing a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to retain and engage our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and data analysis, with a proven track record of increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive retention marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn - Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, in-app messaging, and social media - Analyze customer data and behaviour to identify trends, segments, and opportunities for engagement - Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and improve key metrics - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of retention initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement - Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and scale retention efforts - Develop personalized and segmented communication plans to address different customer needs and preferences - Manage customer feedback and implement strategies to address pain points and enhance satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Proven experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights - Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze) - Excellent communication and project management skills - Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
