We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who can bridge consumer insights, creative execution, and performance marketing. Someone who understands why consumers buy, not just how to design ads.
They should have worked with agencies or performance-driven D2C brands, be comfortable managing creatives end-to-end, and can convert research into actionable ad concepts, angles, messaging, and formats.
This is not a graphic designer role-this is creative strategy + content + ads.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep product + competitor research
- Benchmark category positioning, messaging, hooks, content angles
- Build daily content requirements aligned with campaign goals
- Ideate and brief static + carousel + UGC + influencer scripts
- Manage creative calendars and ad delivery timelines
- Write copy aligned to performance marketing frameworks
- Review creative output and share actionable improvements
- Collaborate with influencers, video editors, graphic designers
- Translate insights into ads that convert, not just pretty visuals
Skills & Experience Requirements
- 1 years in agency / performance marketing / D2C brands
- Proven experience in digital ads and creative strategy
- Strong visual sense and advertising aesthetic
- Ability to write short-form performance copy
- Comfortable with Meta, Google & Tiktok Ads formats
- Understanding of consumer insights + psychology
- Ability to manage creative pipeline and deliverables daily
