MyFitness is one of India's leading peanut butter and nutrition brands, loved for its quality, innovation, and strong consumer connect. As we scale rapidly across digital and quick commerce platforms, we're looking for a driven Key Accounts Manager to own and grow our Q-commerce partnerships.
Role Overview
The Key Accounts Manager - Quick Commerce will be responsible for managing and scaling MyFitness's presence across leading Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, etc. This role will drive revenue growth, visibility, and execution excellence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage key Q-commerce accounts end-to-end (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now, etc.)
- Drive topline growth through assortment expansion, pricing, promotions, and visibility levers
- Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, offers, and visibility initiatives
- Manage P&L for assigned accounts, including margins, trade spends, and ROI
- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure availability, fill rates, and smooth execution
- Monitor sales performance, stock health, and platform metrics; share actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing teams on platform-specific launches and brand activations
- Build strong relationships with platform category managers and key stakeholders
- Track competition, market trends, and emerging opportunities within Q-commerce
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience managing key accounts in Q-commerce / modern trade / e-commerce
- Prior experience working with FMCG, food, nutrition, or D2C brands preferred
- Strong understanding of Q-commerce business levers: visibility, promotions, pricing, and supply planning
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
