Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Leadership:
- Drive national sales, revenue growth, and customer expansion across all markets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and execute corrective action plans to achieve targets.
P&L and Profitability Management:
- Oversee full P&L responsibilities for the retail business.
- Enhance store-level profitability through strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Optimize cost structures while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Retail Operations & Regional Oversight:
- Manage and support regional sales teams across multiple zones, with mandatory experience handling at least two regions.
- Strengthen EBO operations and ensure consistent brand experience across all stores.
- Implement best practices for retail execution, customer engagement, and store performance.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional and store teams.
- Establish performance benchmarks and track KPIs to drive accountability and results.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all retail formats.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for promotions, launches, and visual merchandising strategies.
Business Strategy & Expansion:
- Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and expansion possibilities.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning aligned with brand vision.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in retail, with mandatory jewellery industry background.
- Proven experience managing EBOs and handling multiple regions.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, P&L ownership, retail operations, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
