Senior Finance Manager
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

About the Role::
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead core financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support strategic decision-making for the organization. The ideal candidate must be a qualified CA with strong financial acumen, analytical capability, and leadership skills, preferably with preferred experience in real estate, EPC, or infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance.
- Support strategic decisions through data-driven financial analysis.
2. Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with Ind-AS and statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Review ledger entries, reconciliations, trial balances, and financial controls.
3. Taxation & Compliance:
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, audits, assessments, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure adherence to MCA, RBI, FEMA (if applicable), and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, fund requirements, and liquidity management.
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan documentation.
- Oversee payments, receivables, and financial risk management.
5. MIS & Management Reporting:
- Prepare detailed MIS reports for senior leadership.
- Present financial insights, cost analysis, sales reports, and business performance reviews.
- Provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
6. Process Improvement & Controls:
- Strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and accounting policies.
- Implement system improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Lead automation or ERP-related financial modules, if applicable.
7. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor the finance team.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and accountability across all finance functions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education (Mandatory):
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, and compliance.
- Experience in real estate, EPC, or infrastructure industry preferred (not mandatory).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Ind-AS, taxation laws, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Working Time & Days:
Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday holiday)
Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
