Hiring: Business Head (Revenue-Head) - Spa Division (P&L Role)
We are looking for a dynamic Business Head to lead and scale our rapidly growing Spa Division.
Our organization operates across multiple wellness formats including Hotel Spas, Villa Spas, Mall Spas, Resort Spas and Club Spas, with a network of 55-60 outlets and an annual business size of approximately - 60 Cr.
This role requires a strong business leader who can take complete P&L ownership, drive revenue growth, strengthen operational excellence, and scale the business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete P&L of the Spa Division including revenue growth, cost optimization and profitability.
- Lead and manage operations across 55+ outlets ensuring consistent service standards, productivity and customer experience.
- Develop strategies to drive footfall growth, customer conversions, memberships, retail sales and service revenue.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with luxury hotels, hospitality brands, malls and premium properties.
- Drive business expansion opportunities, new outlet launches and strategic collaborations.
- Lead cross-functional teams across operations, sales, training and cluster management.
- Use data, analytics and market insights to improve unit economics, productivity and overall business performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in multi-outlet consumer businesses.
- Experience managing 50+ outlets and handling business scale of - 100 Cr+ revenue.
- Strong background in Luxury Retail, Airport Retail, Premium Hospitality, Wellness or Lifestyle Services.
- Deep expertise in retail business operations, commercial strategy and customer experience management.
- Proven ability to scale businesses, improve unit profitability and drive operational excellence.
- MBA from IIMs or a reputed top-tier business school preferred.
