- As our next Senior Associate - CC, you'll play a pivotal role in solving one of the most common yet unexplored problems in Indian e-commerce: how to connect aspiration to access.
- And the solution lies in building a creator-driven commerce engine.
About The Role:
- This role sits within the Content Commerce GM org, one of Meesho's most exciting and high-potential bets.
- Content Commerce is the hottest new trend in e-commerce globally, and we're working to make it mainstream in India, just like we did with reselling.
- Within the Content Commerce org, you will be part of the Meesho Creator Club (MCC) team - a core team that focuses on onboarding, activating, and scaling creators across the country.
- The team's mission is to enable creators to drive immersive, trustworthy, and high-conversion shopping experiences - for Meesho users, directly impacting GMV and revenue.
What You Will Do:
- Discovering new creator growth channels - from social platforms to community groups
- Designing growth experiments and campaigns to bring new creators into the Meesho ecosystem
- Activating and enabling creators to consistently participate in content commerce by building toolkits, incentives, and playbooks
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (product, ops, tech, creative) and external partners to drive outcomes.
What You Will Need:
- 2-6 years of experience in managing digital performance campaigns (Meta ads and Google Ads is preferred)
- In depth understanding of how to run a performance marketing campaign and knowledge of how to make analytical driven decisions from the campaign data and taking corrective actions to meet the objectives
- Organizational skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Problem-solving and project management skills
