Role Overview:
- As a Product Manager I - Growth, you will be at the forefront of driving user acquisition, activation, and retention across our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and design, to identify friction points in the user journey and implement data-backed solutions.
- Your day-to-day involves deep-diving into user behavior, running A/B experiments, and iterating on product features to optimize key growth funnels. This role is instrumental in shaping the platform's trajectory by ensuring that our product experience resonates with a diverse and rapidly expanding user base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user funnel data to identify drop-off points and implement product interventions that improve conversion rates for new and existing users.
- Design and execute rigorous A/B experiments to validate hypotheses regarding user behavior and feature performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate business requirements into intuitive product features that drive engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as retention, daily active users, and acquisition costs to ensure growth initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Synthesize user feedback and market trends to prioritize the product roadmap and address critical pain points in the user journey.
