Role Overview:

The Manager for Industry Intelligence & Benchmarking will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction by synthesizing complex market data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership, including product, category, and strategy teams, to monitor competitive landscapes and industry trends. By conducting deep-dive benchmarking exercises, you will help the organization identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving e-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive competitive benchmarking to evaluate Meesho's performance against industry peers and identify potential gaps in service or product offerings.

- Synthesize large datasets from internal and external sources to provide leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations for strategic decision-making.

- Monitor emerging market trends and consumer behavior shifts to ensure the business remains agile and proactive in its category expansion.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate intelligence reports into operational improvements that enhance user experience and platform efficiency.

- Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks to track key industry metrics, ensuring consistent visibility across the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and quantitative research, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from unstructured information.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings to senior stakeholders in a concise and persuasive manner.
