As an Assistant Manager HR (HR Systems, Analytics & AI), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR operations at Meesho by leveraging technology and data. This position involves managing and optimizing HR information systems, conducting insightful data analysis to inform strategic decisions, and exploring innovative applications of AI to enhance various HR functions. You will collaborate closely with HR business partners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR processes, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to a data-driven HR ecosystem that supports our rapidly growing workforce.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring accurate data entry, system functionality, and user support for various HR modules.
- Conduct in-depth HR data analysis to identify patterns, forecast talent needs, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Research and pilot emerging AI/ML solutions to automate and improve HR processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information across all HR systems and analytical outputs.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in using HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) and strong command over data analysis tools like advanced Excel.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
