Job Title: Chartered Accountant - Accounting & Finance.

Experience: Minimum 5 years.

Industry Preference: Real Estate / Commercial Leasing / Managed Office Spaces.

Location: Hyderabad.

Employment Type: Full-time.

About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Accounting & Finance function for a premium Managed Office Spaces business.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in accounting principles, GST compliance, financial management, and experience handling multi-client environments typical of commercial real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting, including preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Handle GST accounting, input credit reconciliation, GST booking against expenditure, and ensure accurate and timely GST filings.

- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and client billing for multiple enterprise clients.

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger, bank accounts, and statutory records.

- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, audits, and internal controls.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.

- Support leadership with financial insights, and reporting.

- Implement best practices for accounting workflows and strengthen financial governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in Real Estate / Commercial Leasing / Co-working / Managed Office Spaces is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of GST rules, invoicing, ITC reconciliation, and GST accounting.

- Expertise in TDS, corporate taxation, statutory compliance, and audit frameworks.

- Proficiency with accounting software (Tally / ERP systems) and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle high volumes of transactions and multi-client billing cycles.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
