Medvarsity is looking for a dynamic senior leader to spearhead our international deployments,. multi-country healthcare projects, and strategic alliances with universities, hospitals, and Ministries of Health.

This is a high-visibility, mission-driven leadership role with direct impact on healthcare capacity. building across countries.

What You'll Lead

- International Programs & Deployment.

- End-to-end leadership of multi-country program rollouts.

- Governance, compliance, KPIs, and on-ground execution.

- Oversight of training & upskilling of 1,000+ healthcare professionals.

Academic Partnerships:

- Build strong alliances with National and International universities, medical colleges & global. accreditation bodies.

- Lead MoUs, negotiations, onboarding & scaling joint programs.

- Ensure accreditation, learner success & long-term sustainability.

Business, Operational & Financial Ownership:

- Manage budgets, revenue outcomes & program ROI.

- Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Marketing & Operations.

- Lead multicultural teams and ensure seamless global operations.

Who Should Apply:

- 12-18 years of experience in healthcare operations, edtech, academic partnerships, hospital management, CRO, or global program delivery.

- Senior leadership experience in organizations like Coursera, Unacademy, Udemy, Simplilearn,. major healthcare/hospital groups.

- Strong network with universities, accreditation bodies & healthcare institutions.

- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, cross-border operations, and large-scale program execution.
