Position: Key Account Manager No. of Positions: 2 CTC: up to 17 Lac (fixed + variable) Required Profile : - MBA from a Top Tier College with 2 - 3 years of Client Management Experience or Graduation from a top tier college and 4 - 5 years of cross-functional experience across sales, account management etc. Roles & Responsibilities : - The key account manager will have complete ownership of the client account (Doctors and Hospitals). - His/Her role is to build a strong trusted client relationship, understand and anticipate the client needs and ensure delivery of quality services to the client by coordinating with the internal stakeholders/central ops teams. He/She is the lead touchpoint for all client matters. His/Her responsibilities include - Inform and educate the client about the relevant offerings from MedTrail - Ensure usage of the product and continuous engagement with the product features - Resolve client issues and complaints related to the product - Perform compliance checks to ensure good health and smooth functioning of the account - Coordinating with central ops teams to ensure service delivery for clients - Strategic planning to improve client results in coordination with central ops teams - Present performance reports of the account and identify actionable points for client and central ops team - Consult the client on key aspects of their practice and suggest avenues for improvement based on information and knowledge available on the platform - Develop an in-depth understanding of the clients needs for practice management tools and identify avenues for upselling other MedTrail Products/Services - Expanding relationships through referral and generate leads for bring in new clients
