Education &amp; Experience : - Under-graduation from Tier 1 Engineering college and atleast 2 years of experience (with at-least one year of experience in Product Analytics) 3. Responsibilities : - Analyze product usage to discover insights that lead to improved product adoption - Manage internal products and tools, train internal teams on their usage and create reports from these products/tools to improve business outcomes - Work with product managers to build new products based on extensive user-research - Work with tech and business team for issue resolutions using data analysis - Responsible for NPS and growth of the product - Be the voice of the customer. Conduct extensive user-research to understand the customer use-cases and build products accordingly 6. Required skills : - Hands on experience on product wireframing (both app and website) - Highly skilled on data analytics including SQL and other analytics tools - Good communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Coding or design background is a plus but not necessary
