Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Warehouse Operations: Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of pharmaceutical stock, including efficient receipt, secure storage, and timely dispatch processes, ensuring seamless workflows.

- Inventory Accuracy & Control: Implement robust systems and procedures to maintain accurate inventory records and comprehensive documentation. Conduct regular, thorough audits to ensure high stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

- Operational Excellence & Optimization: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities. Continuously analyze and optimize warehouse layout, processes, and workflows to maximize efficiency, space utilization, and throughput.

- Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements for proper drug storage, handling, cold chain management (where applicable), and distribution. Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with pharmaceutical guidelines.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the warehouse staff. Foster a productive, disciplined, and safety-conscious work environment focused on achieving operational goals and continuous improvement.

- Logistics & Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with logistics, supply chain, and pharmacy teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, resolve supply chain bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.

- Returns & Damages Management: Efficiently handle the processing of product returns and manage damaged goods, ensuring proper documentation, segregation, and disposition according to company policy and regulations.

- Performance Tracking & Improvement: Track key operational efficiency metrics (e.g., turnaround time, picking accuracy, inventory shrinkage, space utilization) and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of progressive experience in Warehouse & Inventory Management.

- Post Graduate (PG) or MBA qualification.

- Preferred Background: Strong experience in Retail Inventory & E-commerce Operations, with a preference for experience within the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.

- Proven expertise in managing the full cycle of warehouse operations (receipt, storage, dispatch, returns).

- Demonstrated ability to maintain precise inventory records and conduct effective audits.

- Experience in implementing and optimizing SOPs and warehouse layouts.

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical product storage and handling.

- Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading, training, and supervising teams.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
