
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage large-scale blue-collar hiring for our existing and new business requirements. This role requires a strategic mindset and operational efficiency in driving bulk recruitment, optimizing hiring timelines, improving candidate quality, and strengthening recruitment funnels across geographies.
Role & responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end blue-collar hiring for pharmacy and delivery operations with high-volume targets.
- Monitor and improve monthly hiring quantity and ensure saturation of Pharmacist positions.
- Enhance fill rates using rolling 4-week check mechanisms.
- Ensure timely onboarding of delivery personnel from the MRF (Manpower Requisition Form) date.
- Maintain optimal candidate pipeline health and bench stock for delivery staff.
- Execute regional hiring drives, job fairs, and collaborate with local channels for sourcing.
- Innovate and implement new sourcing strategies and recruitment channels for semi-urban/rural outreach.
- Conduct vendor management and performance evaluations for third-party hiring agencies.
- Build and lead a team of recruiters; monitor performance, train, and mentor team members.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business demands and align recruitment metrics accordingly.
Preferred candidate profile
- Expertise in high-volume recruitment and blue-collar workforce planning.
- Strong data orientation and proficiency in Excel dashboards & analytics.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to manage hiring timelines under tight deadlines.
