Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential properties for new store/office setups in line with company

expansion strategy.

- Conduct market research to assess property value, demand, and suitability.

- Lead negotiations with landlords/property owners to achieve favorable lease terms.

- Execute agreements, ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met.

- Build and maintain a strong network of property consultants, brokers, and landlords.

- Monitor market trends in the retail/telecom sector to identify upcoming opportunities.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth project execution.


Skills & Competencies:


- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Excellent understanding of commercial leasing and property acquisition.

- Market research and financial analysis capability.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.


Requirements:


- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / Property Acquisition in the Retail or Telecom industry.

- Proven track record in identifying and closing property deals.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Willingness to travel across regions for property scouting and negotiations.
