
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse weekly/monthly MIS and business dashboards covering Sales, SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, R&D, and HR.
- Identify trends, red flags, and performance gaps - and turn numbers into actionable strategies.
- Conduct detailed market research, competitive intelligence, pricing studies, and strategic scenario planning.
- Build business cases for new markets, product portfolios, BD opportunities, and investments.
Partner to the Chairman:
- Shadow the Chairman in key reviews, investor/board interactions, and strategic meetings.
- Question assumptions, sharpen proposals, simplify complexity.
- Ensure commitments from meetings translate into measurable outcomes.
Execution:
- Drive cross-functional transformation projects with clear timelines and accountability.
- Bring frictionless coordination across business units to accelerate decision execution.
- Establish discipline in reporting, review mechanisms, and governance.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with CXOs, Business Heads, and external advisors, influence without formal authority.
- Prepare Board briefs, strategic memos, and presentations that are crisp and compelling for ease in decision making.
Educational Qualifications:
- B. Pharm/B.Sc + MBA from Tier-2 or Tier-3 Institution
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Strategy / Business Consulting / Corporate Strategy roles (Pharma experience is mandatory)
