Key Responsibilities:

Product & Project Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end product delivery, managing complex projects from ideation to launch.

- You'll set timelines, define milestones, and ensure timely execution with a focus on quality.

Sales Operations Expertise:

- Leverage your strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems (like Salesforce and HubSpot), and key performance metrics to identify product gaps and opportunities for innovation.

Remote Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a large, globally-distributed team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

- You'll use remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.

Data-Driven Decisions:

- Use an analytical mindset to interpret product usage data, market trends, and customer feedback.

- You'll turn these insights into clear product decisions that drive growth and improve the user experience.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering, and sales teams.

- You'll present product roadmaps, articulate the value of new features, and ensure alignment across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in project management and successfully leading large remote teams.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and performance metrics.

- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Tool Proficiency: Expertise in remote collaboration tools.

- Analytical Ability: An analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred.

- Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is a significant plus
