Senior Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

- Assist in overseeing subsidiaries monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate and manage the year-end audit process with external auditors.

- Develop and maintain standard reporting packages for management and board review.

ERP and Shared Service Implementation:

- Assist in ERP system implementation and upgrades.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, ensure data accuracy, and optimize financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.

Internal Controls & Compliance:

- Prepare and maintain internal control documentation and SOPs.

- Lead or support internal audit initiatives and follow-up on audit findings and remediation plans.

Qualifications and Preferred Attributes:

- CA (Preffered)

- Knowledge of Tally, ERP, and Power BI is preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
