Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team of 100+ remote sales executives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative virtual work environment aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a remote team of 100 sales executives across diverse geographies.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor team performance using KPIs and CRM tools, and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate daily operations, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication across the team using digital collaboration platforms.
- Resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and maintain high team morale.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership.
- Continuously optimize processes for remote team productivity and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management and leading large remote teams.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
