Job Title: Head - Derma Business (P&L)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a senior leader to own and scale the Derma business with complete P&L responsibility. The role involves driving revenue, margins, vendor partnerships, and category expansion across dermatology and aesthetics products on Medikabazaar's B2B platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end P&L ownership for Derma business

- Drive revenue growth, gross margins, and profitability

- Build & manage Derma portfolio (devices, consumables, injectables, cosmeceuticals)

- Lead vendor/OEM partnerships, commercial negotiations & pricing

- Work closely with sales, supply chain, finance & marketing teams

- Expand business across hospitals, clinics & aesthetic centers

- Build and lead category/business teams

Desired Profile:

- 12-20+ years in Dermatology / Aesthetics / Healthcare

- Proven experience as Business Head / Category Head / P&L Owner

- Strong exposure to vendor management, pricing & margin control

- Experience with B2B healthcare, distribution or digital platforms preferred

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset
