We are looking for a compassionate and highly skilled Medical Oncologist to join our oncology team. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with cancer using systemic therapies such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted treatments. As an interviewer, the expectation is a strong blend of clinical expertise, patient-centric approach, and evidence-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with various types of cancers and malignancies
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy
- Evaluate patient condition through diagnostic tests, imaging, and pathology reports
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
- Manage and treat side effects and complications related to cancer therapies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and radiation oncologists
- Provide pre- and post-treatment counseling to patients and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Stay updated with latest advancements, clinical trials, and oncology practices
- Participate in tumor boards, case discussions, and clinical audits

Required Qualifications:
- MBBS (Mandatory)
- DM / DrNB in Medical Oncology (Mandatory)
- Valid medical registration/license

- Exposure to advanced oncology treatments and technologies
- Involvement in research, clinical trials, or academic activities
