Negotiations & Contracts:

- Lead negotiations for commercial terms, ensuring cost efficiency and value creation.

- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on contract development, risk mitigation, and governance frameworks.

Cost Optimization & Compliance:

- Implement procurement policies, controls, and reporting mechanisms aligned with audit and compliance standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a trusted partner to business units including Technology, Operations, HR, and Marketing.

- Work closely with Finance for budgeting, forecasting, and payment term alignment.

- Promote procurement best practices across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 8-15+ years of procurement experience, ideally in large diagnostic lab chains, healthcare, health-tech, or high-growth startups.

- Proficient in contract negotiation, cost optimization, and compliance governance.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and compliance mindset.

Preferred Industry Experience:

- Experience with health-tech/e-health players (e.g., PharmEasy, 1mg, Practo, Redcliffe Labs) is highly preferred.

- Strong track record in scouting, onboarding, and managing healthcare partners across geographies.

- Familiarity with pan-India pricing dynamics and healthcare operational nuances in Tier 2/3 markets.

- Ability to negotiate pricing, SLAs, and credit terms that support operational scale.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel up to 40-50% for vendor evaluation, onboarding, and negotiations.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What We Offer:

- A chance to shape procurement at one of India's most impactful digital health platforms.

- A collaborative, high-growth culture where innovation is encouraged.

- An opportunity to contribute to affordable, accessible healthcare for millions across India.
