Key Responsibilities:

1. Support preparation and maintenance of pricing & deal models.

2. Assist in analyzing historical profitability, margins, and service utilization.

3. Help review commercial terms and clauses in contracts, addendums, and amendments.

4. Assist in evaluating payment terms, credit periods, and billing structures.

5. Pull, clean, and validate large datasets for pricing and renewal analysis.

6. Prepare summary reports, trackers, and dashboards for ongoing contracts and renewals.

7. Coordinate with Sales & Account Managers to gather inputs for pricing and renewals.

8. Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasts, and long-term planning

9. Develop financial models to support business strategies and evaluate new opportunities

10. Analyze monthly financial results, variance analyses, and key metrics for business units like Corporate, Retail, Insurance, Surgery, and Affinity

11. Prepare insightful management dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and investors

12. Drive process enhancements, leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, and Anaplan for data automation and accuracy

13. Identify opportunities to simplify and improve financial reporting and planning systems 14. Support funding discussions and investor communications by preparing detailed financial models and scenarios

15. Serves as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective, safeguarding our company's assets. Ensures controls are in place and the company's intellectual property is protected

Key Skills:

1. Strong analytical and numerical skills

2. Good Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

3. Basic understanding of contracts and commercial terms

4. Clear communication and willingness to learn

5. High attention to detail

Key Qualifications:

1. CA/CPA/CIMA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or similar roles

2. Strong financial modeling, data analytics, and reporting skills

3. Proficiency in financial tools (Excel, SQL, ERP systems, etc.)

4. Experience with revenue recognition complexities and multi-business environments

5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
