Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and develop a large sales team, including Team Leaders, Managers, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to excel.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members to ensure a high-performing workforce.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets within the Surgery Care sector.

- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead generation strategies.

- Work with the product team to identify and prioritize high-potential leads from the app for conversion.

- Implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and optimize sales processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with Business, Quality, Training, Operations, Product, Analytics, and Network teams to build and enhance the Surgery Care team and processes.

- Ensure alignment between sales objectives and organizational goals through effective communication and collaboration.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and team progress to senior management.

Quality & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements within the sales process.

- Address any quality issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing large sales teams, preferably in a health tech

- Demonstrated success in delivering high Average Order Value (AOV) products and achieving sales targets.

- Experience working with marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion.

- Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, quality, and operations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.

- Strong understanding of quality management and compliance standards.
